Your credentials in the classroom will take you further and last longer than any success that you might encounter on the court. (goal = 3.0+ Team/Individual GPA by having NO missed/late assignments or failed tests)

Routines
Breathing, emotional control, performance routines (e.g., stretching before and after practice, warm-ups), pre – during – post.
Goal Setting
Academic goals, life goals, team goals and on the basketball court performance goals with action plans will be mapped out on paper and monitored quarterly until achieved.

Themes and phases throughout the year with an emphasis on team building.

Nutrition
Fueled for optimal performance. (goal = 4-6 healthy meals a day)
Sleep
Consistent and in bed early. (goal 8-10 hours per night)
Strength & Endurance
Building strength throughout the year. This will be accomplished by players being enrolled in a weights class or coming in before school to lift. Play longer and harder than anyone. (goal = 5-6 hrs./week)
Range of Motion
Flexibility. Pre-practice and pre-game Dynamic Warm-up. Post-practice and game cool down Dynamic Warm-up.
